Tony Baechle brings a 30-year experience as a senior manager having specialized in team building, turn-around management with ensuing team issues, and marketing/sales. He is a guest lecturer at HSG Business School St. Gallen on Coaching and Social Competencies.Tony has profound experience in coaching and solving inter-cultural problems in large multi-national groups. Tony can now offer his broad experience as a leadership coach to companies in merger, re-structuring, take-over etc. situations, to avoid cash and brain drain due to cultural misunderstandings and problems in communication.
After his studies in economics and marketing in Cambridge, Paris and Madrid, Tony received management and leadership development training in the 1970s with Procter & Gamble (introducing Ariel in Switzerland) and Beiersdorf (as project manager for Nivea). Subsequently, during his 17-year tenure as international director at Novartis (then Ciba-Geigy), he gained international exposure and built a broad-based network of personal relationships throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia, which he now brings to Swiss Consulting Group.
