Poriya Vaudecrane has worked as a trainer and coach since 1987, building and delivering training programs for organizations in various industries, particularly the automobile, office supply, and energy industries. Whether working on projects with corporate top managers, operational teams or volunteers in humanitarian organizations, her focus has always been on top performance, what to change and how to implement in order to create the right environment for people to express their full potential and exceed their objectives.
A true global citizen, Poriya was born in Baghdad, brought up and educated in Israel, New York, Montreal and Paris. She is fluent in English, Hebrew, and French. Poriya holds a Ph.D. in American Literature from the Sorbonne and a training certificate in problem solving from the Mental Research Institute in Palo Alto, California. She lives in Paris with her husband Jean-Claude, son Tommy, and daughter Annie.
