Peter Spang is specialized in leadership development and coaching programs. Since 1992, he has coached various clients from the public and private sector to produce success stories with teams and individuals who have leading functions in enterprises or organizations.
Peter, born in 1957, is a former tennis professional. After his tennis career, Peter developed a new methodology of coaching professional athletes and teams called Inner Coaching. In 1988 he began using this method to work with executives and staff members as one of the pioneers in bringing learnings from sport coaching into the world of business.
Peter is a published author (Zennis, Penguin Putnam, New York 1998; Goldmann, Munich 1999) and developed an innovative change approach for communities and non-governmental organizations that focuses on advancing existing but yet unrecognized competencies of people.
As a passionate listener, Peter is a master in assessing people\'s strengths and weaknesses and in finding additional perspectives and pathways to the intended future.
